RiderCise: Improving Fitness, Performance, Recovery and Confidence of Riders

How often do you you wake up feeling a little stiff and sore after a doing a longer ride or a more energetic lesson than normal? Does this limit you in any way from taking on now challenges? For the majority of people it does.

Many riders think that in order to improve their riding they need to spend hours in the gym but getting yourself fit to ride is actually so much easier than that. With just a few exercises, for a short period a few times a week, you can reduce the risk of injury and also significantly reduce aches and pains after riding. Rider fitness is not just about being physically fit, its about being confidently empowered. When you start to notice changes in yourself your confidence improves and you find yourself on a positive upward spiral. Come along to join us for this evening talk and make some positive changes that will have a huge impact on you, your horse and your riding.  This talk is aimed for riders of all disciplines and of all levels.

Clare Gangadeen, Founder of RiderCise® is a Soft Tissue Therapist, Personal Trainer and Rider of over 20 years. With her skills, knowledge and extensive experience in the fitness industry, RiderCise® provides Online Rider Fitness and Conditioning Programmes, specifically designed to improve fitness, strength, mobility, stability and balance in the saddle. Clare has worked with many riders of all levels in multiple disciplines from the everyday leisure rider to the Tevis Cup and Mongolian Derby competitors across the world, helping riders become more aware and in control of their bodies to improve the way that they move with their horses and competition success.
